SPORTS DAY 2016

Today we has our annual sports day and I was in charge of the Y7&8 fu games. 

Because we were in the Olympic year I decided we were going to adapt the games into olympic sports. All the Y 12 that helped me, the coaches and teachers  did a great job and we had a lot of fun.

Athletic training

My kids practicing Athletics at Sparta Athletic in Voorburg. My youngest was challenged with a higher bar and he decided to develop a completely new technique. I guess that is how the Fosbury flop started.
